Bell Media and Bray & Partners Communications Breakdown Of Fall 2016 A12+, A25-54 and A35-54 Montreal PPM Ratings
Montreal Fall 2016 PPM Ratings are out. This time kowchmedia is adding CBC numbers. We have also added the A35-54 demo to our compilation of the A12+ and A25-54 results. The new PPM release from Numeris completes the 13-week period covering Aug. 29th to Nov. 27th 2016.
Montreal Bragging Rights: Bragging rights at the top of the rating’s heap goes to Bell Media with its English radio stations capturing the top three spots: #1 CJAD, #2 Virgin and #3 CHOM-FM in the A12+ demos. In A25-54 demos, The Beat is #1 overall, #1 with female listeners and #3 with the male audience. Virgin and CHOM-FM are tied for #1 M25-54.
*Editor’s Note: There is up to a two share point difference between David Bray’s numbers and the Bell Media Numbers. The reason is that Bell only includes commercial radio stations in its ratings report. It doesn’t include CBC numbers. As a result the averages are different because there are two less radio stations in the mix when calculating percentages. This explains why in David’s Bragging Rights you may see a difference above compared to the rating charts below.
Two questions you need to ask yourself to increase ratings and learn why people aren't listening to your radio station can be found at On The Kowch
