“CHUM-FM takes the #1 spot with the ladies 25-54 delivering a 17.9% share (down from 18.4 followed by CHFI-FM with 14.2% (down from 14.6%). BOOM-FM holds the #1 spot for males 25-54, posting a 12.9% share (down from 13.8% in the last 13 week book) followed by Q107 at 11.7% (up from 9.3%). We have two charts for you. The first is the Numeris PPM Top-Line Radio Statistics for Average Minute Audience (AMA), Daily Cume and Share (see green box for definitions) for Adults 12+ Monday – Sunday 2am – 2am.

The second is a Bray & Partners breakdown of the 2015 Summer and Spring PPM ratings of Toronto radio stations for Adults 12+, Women 25-54 and Men 25-54 Monday to Sunday 5am to 1am. (The Numeris chart covers 24 hours of ratings which explains why there may be a slight difference in the B&P chart.) While this chart lets you track how each station is trending from one ratings period to another,  it is important to note that FM music stations traditionally have higher summer ratings than AM news and talk stations. People are in a vacation mode and tend to prefer listening to music at a BBQ, on the deck or at the summer cottage.
